About me
A bit about me.
I’m Kieron, a Customer Success Manager based in Colchester. I work in payments and still spend a fair amount of my spare time building websites.
At 15, I started a small media and events business. The websites led to questions about hosting, domains and other projects. Before long, it had become a web hosting and consultancy business, which I eventually sold.
I was doing the work and answering the customer’s questions. If something went wrong, there wasn’t another department to pass it to. I still think that was a useful place to start.
Since then, I’ve worked in travel and in several parts of payments: acquiring at Worldpay / FIS, orchestration at APEXX Global and issuer processing at Enfuce. These days I manage enterprise customer relationships. That means getting to know the business, working through the commercial detail and staying involved when a problem needs sorting.
